DC Portable RoadBlade tire shredder

DC Portable RoadBlade (DCPRB) tire shredders can be used in on-demand temporary situations when electronic remote controls are needed. This tire shredder allows for busy personnel to have extra assistance with security at their perimeter. The rechargeable portable power supply allows the RoadBlade tire shredder system to operate in remote locations or in short-term permanent locations where there is no AC outlet. To power the RoadBlade system simply connect the DC neoprene power cable into either outlet plug on the power supply and the other end of the cable to the control box.

The portable power supply has identical inlet and outlet plugs that are interchangeable to prevent user error during connection. The box itself is sealed and water resistant. Using the other plug on the power box allows the user to connect the AC neoprene power cable to simultaneously charge the power supply and use it to provide constant power for extended deployments.

The main activation device is the pendant control cable, which plugs directly into the control box that raises and lowers the blades. The pendant control cable is 30 feet in length and has two lights for status indication of the blades.

DC Portable RoadBlade tire shredders can be anchored to the road surface if it is going to be deployed in the same location for a long period of time. If the DCPRB is going to be deployed for a short period of time, anchor plates or traction spikes can be used to hold the tire shredders in place. The traction spikes are easily removed and can be replaced if needed.
